How our fundraisers work!
Once you've completed the fundraising agreement including projected start date, Fundraising Works will contact you and help get the process moving forward.
We then:
Create a parent letter (either emailed or faxed to you for approval).
Prepare and deliver/mail the catalogs, letters and materials to the
school/group depending on location.
After a two week selling period, your group will be contacted to discuss mailing the completed order forms back to Fundraising Works.
After Fundraising Works receives the order forms, they are processed within 48 hours.
After forms are processed; you will receive a fax or phone call to let you know your invoice total.
We will also contact you to determine a suitable delivery/pick-up time. All orders are to be paid for on or before delivery/pick-up.
All prizes are shipped/delivered with product.
Any late orders or missing items will be processed within a two week period.
